Soil: rich in clayey components and with a calcareous skeleton
Grapes used: 100% Corvina (Croina in the local dialect).
Dark red, deep red, vermilion red, rosé.
The elite of perfumes and aromas meet in this sparkling wine with a modern cut but an ancient structure. A different interpretation of Veronese grapes, a new way of enhancing their special characteristics. Soft squeezing, light contact with the skins, small loving gestures.
Drops of essence dyed pink.
